Candidatul Ideal

We are looking for a person with:
  • Good understanding and knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Proficient in English reading/writing
  • Good organisational skills
  • Can do attitude and willing to perform support tasks
  • A minimum of 6 months of administrative experience, is not mandatory but it will be considered a plus
  • Available to work on the UK timezone
  • Willing to work mostly from home

Role Overview:
Will be working within the Shared Services Centre as a level 1 executive to provide administrative support to multiple areas of the business. The SSC Level 1 team is an agile business unit with additional tasks being adapted as and when the business requires.

Key Responsibilities:
Repeatable tasks that are to be completed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
The completion of but not limited to the following tasks:
  • Non-Stock Item approvals
  • Phone Stats
  • QICT Profiles
  • Order Book Update
  • Synapse figures update
  • Account Allocation
  • Add Company approvals
  • Statement Reqs
  • New Contact Approvals
  • New Supplier Creation
  • V-IP Order Mapping
  • V-IP order testing
  • V-IP Monthly pricing
  • Loading V-IP order
  • Raising and sending HWBF orders
  • Backing off HWBF contracts
  • Annuity Billing
  • 2nd Level order approvals
